Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any product from VeltronGlow or using our website. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VeltronGlow website and your purchase of any products from VeltronGlow LED Lighting (“VeltronGlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or accepting delivery of any VeltronGlow product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase any product from us. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, dealers, contractors, and anyone who accesses or uses our website or purchases our products, whether for personal use or for onward sale, installation, or distribution.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VeltronGlow LED Lighting. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and VeltronGlow with respect to your use of our website and purchase of our products.

VeltronGlow operates as a manufacturer-direct and dealer-network business. We supply products directly to individual buyers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and institutional clients, as well as through our authorised dealer network across India.
3.1 Product range
VeltronGlow manufactures and supplies the following categories of products, which are covered under these Terms:
- Indoor LED lights including COB downlights, cylinder lights, track lights, panel lights, and linear lights across our Basic, Mid-range, and Luxury ranges
- Outdoor LED lights including flood lights, street lights, high-bay lights, and stadium luminaires
- Touch switches and home automation systems including the Royal Edge, Color, Edge, and Smart Retro Switch ranges, as well as KNX Actuators and KNX Keypads
- Smart door locks under the LAVORA brand, including the Aura, Nexa, Verta, Prism, Vintage, Vertica, Edge, Crysta, and Haven series
- LED display walls and Micro LED systems for commercial and hospitality applications
- SMPS power supplies, LED strip lights, and related accessories
- Hotel DND systems and smart lighting solutions for hospitality properties
3.2 Product descriptions and specifications
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, wattages, dimensions, and images on our website and in our brochures are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change without prior notice as we continuously improve our products. Colour representations of products on screen may vary from the actual product due to differences in monitor calibration and photographic conditions.
If you require exact specifications for a specific application or project, please contact us before placing your order to confirm current product details. We are not liable for losses arising from minor discrepancies between published specifications and delivered products where such differences do not materially affect product performance.
3.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities available for sale, and modify specifications at any time. In the event that a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and offer either a substitute product of equal or greater value, a revised delivery date, or a full refund of the amount paid for that product.
3.4 Dealer and distributor products
Products purchased through VeltronGlow’s authorised dealer network are subject to these Terms as applied through the dealer. Dealers are authorised to sell VeltronGlow products but are independent businesses. VeltronGlow is not responsible for any representations, warranties, or guarantees made by dealers beyond those stated in these Terms. Warranty claims for dealer-purchased products may be directed to us directly at the contact details above.
4.1 Placing an order
Orders may be placed directly with VeltronGlow by contacting us via email at veltronglow@gmail.com, by calling our sales team, or through our authorised dealer network. When placing an order, you are required to provide accurate contact details, a complete delivery address, and a clear specification of the products and quantities you require.
An order is considered accepted by VeltronGlow only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. Until that confirmation is issued, no contract has been formed and we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4.2 Pricing
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged at the applicable rate and displayed separately on your invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of your order confirmation.
For bulk orders, project-specific pricing, and dealer pricing, please contact us directly. Volume discounts are available starting from orders of 50 units or more and are subject to negotiation and written agreement.
4.3 Quotations
Quotations provided by VeltronGlow are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. After the validity period, prices and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw any quotation at any time before a formal order confirmation is issued.
4.4 Order cancellations
Orders cancelled before production or dispatch will receive a full refund of any advance payment made. Orders cancelled after production has commenced or after goods have been dispatched are subject to a cancellation charge to cover manufacturing costs, materials, and logistics incurred up to the point of cancellation. The cancellation charge will be communicated to you in writing and will not exceed the total order value.
5.1 Payment terms
Standard payment terms for retail and small volume orders require full payment in advance before goods are dispatched. For bulk orders and established business accounts, payment terms of up to 50 percent advance with the balance due before dispatch may be available, subject to written agreement.
Payment may be made by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS) to the VeltronGlow account details provided on our proforma invoice, by UPI, or through other payment methods as agreed in writing at the time of order.
5.2 Late payment
For orders on credit terms agreed in writing, payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. Overdue payments will accrue interest at a rate of 18 percent per annum, calculated from the due date until the date of full payment. We reserve the right to suspend delivery of outstanding orders and to revoke credit terms for accounts with overdue balances.
5.3 GST invoicing
All sales are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax as per Indian tax regulations. GST invoices will be issued for all orders. If you require a GST invoice with your GSTIN, please provide your GSTIN at the time of placing your order. We cannot issue revised invoices with GST details after an invoice has been formally issued and delivered.
5.4 Price errors
If a product is listed or quoted at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing system error, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of an order and refund any amount paid for the incorrectly priced item. We will notify you immediately if this situation arises and will not dispatch the incorrectly priced goods without your express agreement to the correct price.
6.1 Delivery across India
VeltronGlow supplies products across India. Standard delivery timelines are 3 to 7 business days for most locations following dispatch. Delivery to remote areas, union territories, and locations not served by major logistics networks may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control.
6.2 Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on the order weight, volume, delivery location, and chosen courier service. Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or included in your proforma invoice. For bulk and project orders, freight may be arranged on a freight-to-pay or freight-prepaid basis as agreed in writing.
6.3 Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the address specified in your order. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, VeltronGlow retains title to all goods delivered under your order.
6.4 Inspection on delivery
You are responsible for inspecting goods at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, you must note this on the delivery documentation before accepting the shipment. Any claims for goods damaged in transit must be raised with us within 48 hours of delivery by email to veltronglow@gmail.com, accompanied by photographs of the damaged packaging and damaged goods. Claims raised after this window cannot be accepted as transit damage claims.
6.5 Failed delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the shipment without reasonable cause, the cost of re-delivery will be charged to you. Goods held by the courier beyond the maximum holding period will be returned to VeltronGlow and re-dispatch will be arranged at your cost after full confirmation of the correct delivery details.
7.1 Warranty periods
Indoor LED lights
2-year manufacturer warranty on all COB downlights, cylinder lights, track lights, panel lights, and accessories.
Outdoor LED lights
2-year manufacturer warranty on flood lights, street lights, high-bay lights, and stadium luminaires.
LED display walls and Micro LED
Up to 5-year warranty on indoor LED display wall systems. Specific warranty duration confirmed in writing at point of sale.
Touch switches and smart locks
Warranty period as stated in the individual product documentation. Contact us to confirm the warranty period for your specific model.
7.2 What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures in materials or workmanship that occur under normal operating conditions. If a covered defect is identified within the warranty period, VeltronGlow will, at its discretion, repair the defective product, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a credit toward a replacement.
7.3 What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper wiring, or failure to follow our installation guidelines
- Damage resulting from operation outside of the specified input voltage range
- Physical damage including cracks, breaks, burns, or water ingress not covered by the product’s IP rating
- Damage caused by lightning strikes, power surges beyond the product’s rated surge protection, or acts of God
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual reduction in lumen output over the product’s operational life
- Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than VeltronGlow or an authorised service representative
- Products used in applications or environments for which they were not designed, including use outdoors for products rated for indoor use only
- Consumable components including batteries in smart lock products, which are subject to natural depletion
- Damage caused by pests, rodents, or insects
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
7.4 Making a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us at veltronglow@gmail.com with your name, the original purchase date, product model and quantity, and a clear description of the issue. Where possible, include photographs or a short video illustrating the defect. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days with our determination and the next steps for repair or replacement.
7.5 Warranty transfer
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to subsequent owners unless VeltronGlow provides written consent to a transfer at the time of the original sale. For projects where VeltronGlow products are installed by a contractor or builder on behalf of an end client, the warranty may be registered to the end client at the time of purchase if the end client’s details are provided to us in writing at the time of the order.
8.1 Returns for manufacturing defects
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as described in Section 7. Please contact us at veltronglow@gmail.com to initiate a warranty return. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible, and the cost of return shipping for warranted defects will be covered by VeltronGlow.
8.2 Returns for change of mind
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect order are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- The product has not been installed, wired, or programmed
- You contact us at veltronglow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return
- The return is pre-authorised by our team before the product is shipped back
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent of the product value. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
8.3 Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defect:
- Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products
- Products that have been installed, wired, powered on, or programmed
- Products returned without prior written authorisation from VeltronGlow
- Products returned in damaged, incomplete, or non-original packaging
- Bulk orders placed under a signed project purchase order
- Products beyond the 7-day change-of-mind return window
8.4 Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Bank transfer refunds will be made to the account from which payment was received. Refund timelines are 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval, plus any additional processing time required by your bank. VeltronGlow is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
9.1 Your responsibility
Installation of VeltronGlow products is the sole responsibility of the buyer. VeltronGlow provides installation guidelines and technical specifications with each product, but does not provide on-site installation services unless separately agreed in writing as part of a project supply agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that:
- The electrical infrastructure at the installation site is compatible with the product’s input voltage and current requirements
- Installation is performed by a qualified electrician with appropriate licensing
- Products are installed in compliance with all applicable Indian electrical standards and building codes
- The installation environment matches the product’s rated conditions, including IP rating for outdoor or wet-area installations
- Smart lock and door hardware installation is carried out by a qualified locksmith or carpenter familiar with the 6068 mortise standard where applicable
9.2 Installation guidance
VeltronGlow provides written installation guides, wiring diagrams, and technical datasheets for all products. These documents are available on request by contacting us at veltronglow@gmail.com. Our team is available to answer technical installation queries by email or phone during business hours. Technical guidance provided by VeltronGlow is given in good faith but does not constitute professional engineering or electrical advice, and is provided without liability.
9.3 Installation voids warranty conditions
Installation outside the specifications stated in the product installation guide, or at voltages or in environments outside the product’s rated parameters, will void the manufacturer warranty as described in Section 7.3. VeltronGlow strongly recommends that all products are powered on and tested by a qualified electrician before final installation and concealment within walls or ceilings.
10.1 VeltronGlow intellectual property
All content on the VeltronGlow website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, technical specifications, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, the VeltronGlow name, the LAVORA brand name, and all other branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of VeltronGlow LED Lighting or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any VeltronGlow content without prior written permission. This prohibition applies to use for any commercial purpose, including use in competing product marketing, tender documents, or third-party websites, without our express written consent.
10.2 Permitted use
Authorised VeltronGlow dealers may use official product images and descriptions supplied by VeltronGlow for the purpose of promoting and selling VeltronGlow products through their own legitimate sales channels, subject to the terms of their dealer agreement. Any use beyond this permitted scope requires separate written authorisation.
10.3 Third-party intellectual property
VeltronGlow products may incorporate third-party technology, software, or protocols including Zigbee, KNX, Tuya Smart Life, and others. These remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Use of these platforms is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers. VeltronGlow is not responsible for changes to third-party platform availability, features, or compatibility.
11.1 General limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, VeltronGlow’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, a product purchase, or use of our website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
11.2 Exclusion of consequential losses
VeltronGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to:
- Loss of income, revenue, or profit
- Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities
- Loss of anticipated savings
- Damage to goodwill or reputation
- Loss or corruption of data
- Losses arising from security breaches involving smart lock or home automation products
- Losses arising from third-party platform outages or changes affecting smart home compatibility
- Losses arising from power failures, electrical surges, or events outside the product’s rated specifications
11.3 No exclusion of statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits VeltronGlow’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeltronGlow, its directors, employees, agents, and authorised dealers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms
- Your improper installation, use, or modification of VeltronGlow products
- Any claim by a third party arising from your use of our products, including personal injury or property damage caused by improper installation
- Any misrepresentation you make to a third party regarding VeltronGlow products, their capabilities, or their specifications
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right in connection with the purchase or use of VeltronGlow products
This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiry of any commercial relationship with VeltronGlow and the conclusion of any individual transaction.
13.1 Personal data collected
When you purchase from VeltronGlow or contact us, we collect personal information necessary to process your order and maintain our business relationship with you. This includes your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, GST number where applicable, and payment details. This information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law.
13.2 How we use your information
We use your personal information to process and fulfil your order, communicate with you about your purchase, provide warranty and after-sales support, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We may share your information with logistics providers, payment processors, and authorised service partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or providing post-sale support.
13.3 Smart product data
Our smart lock and touch switch products may transmit access logs and usage data through connected applications such as the Tuya Smart Life app. This data is processed by Tuya International and is subject to Tuya’s own privacy policy. VeltronGlow does not have access to or control over the personal data processed by third-party smart home platforms. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party application you use in connection with VeltronGlow products.
13.4 Data retention
We retain your personal and transactional information for a minimum of seven years to comply with Indian financial record-keeping requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to us at veltronglow@gmail.com. Requests to delete data that we are legally required to retain will be declined with an explanation.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Sale of Goods Act 1930, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments, as applicable.
The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any transaction made under them, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 15 below.
If you are purchasing from outside India, you acknowledge that Indian law governs your transaction and that any dispute will be resolved in Indian courts under Indian jurisdiction.
15.1 Informal resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from a VeltronGlow product purchase or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Please write to us at veltronglow@gmail.com with a clear description of the issue, your contact details, and the outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge your communication within 3 business days and aim to reach a resolution within 21 days of receipt.
15.2 Consumer Protection Act
Individual consumers purchasing VeltronGlow products for personal use retain all rights available to them under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer forum. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those statutory rights.
15.3 Arbitration for commercial disputes
For disputes between VeltronGlow and commercial buyers, dealers, contractors, or institutional clients where informal resolution is not achieved, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, or failing such agreement, by the Ahmedabad Centre for Arbitration and Mediation. The seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Limitation period
Any claim arising out of or in connection with a VeltronGlow product purchase must be brought within three years of the date on which the cause of action arose, or within the applicable statutory limitation period under Indian law if shorter. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
VeltronGlow reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective from the date they are published on our website or communicated to you in writing. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
Your continued purchase of VeltronGlow products or use of our website after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify existing business account holders by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Changes to these Terms do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for before the change was published. Those orders continue to be governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order was confirmed.
